I head an Experience Design and Front-End Engineering Studio at HP R&D in Bangalore. I'm also an adviser to two Valley startups, one in the vacation planning business and another in the personal productivity space.



I have held leadership roles in both Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo, PeopleSoft and Oracle and startups. In my last role, I was VP of Marketing and Customer Experience at Spire, a Talent Intelligence platform startup.



I love hosting and supporting innovation events like NPC. In the past I have organized several World Usability Days, the Amsterdam based Doors of Perception's India conferences, and design unconferences in Bangalore.
